I have a concern about my TrustedID account. Recently I got an "Updated tradeline" alert type yesterday from Citicards CBNA. The "Account Type/Status" column says "Amount in h/c column is credit limit". And it shows a Balance of "$USD 85.0". I had a Citicards credit card years ago but it has been canceled already, and I haven't had any recent transactions with Citicards for at least a year. I called TrustedID and they said to call Citicards. I called Citicards and they said they don't see anything from their fraud department that shows a credit pull or any activity recently.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Could anyone please tell me what this alert is about? I'm wondering where it came from, and why it shows an $85 balance. Please help!
