Capital One not reporting?

Anyone else have this issue? This is the second month in a row that NONE of the three bureaus are showing a report by Capital One. Of course, when I contact Cap One I get the canned response that it's the bureaus' fault and "it's up to them when they update", etc....but they've been telling me that for two months and I just find it odd that none of the bureaus show anything. The fact that their reporting is missing from all three bureaus tells me it's a Cap One issue, not a credit bureau problem. Especially frustrating when I got this card for rebuilding; I'm using and paying on this card faithfully, but if they don't report it, it's not doing me a lot of good.

I have noticed that too. I had paid off 3 different cap one cards, between mine and DH, in full and it still shows us having a balance. I PIF somewhere in the end of last month I believe it was.

We have not used those cards any as well are trying to pay down utilization on 3 other cards that we maxed out.

cap one is not reporting to Equifax but the other two are fine....

I have a Cap 1 card that I got in July and they did report the next month to all 3 bureaus. ...and they reported in September as well and I'm confident they will report this month as well. ..

I had no problem when I first got the card, either. I've had it since January and they reported to all three bureaus every month until August. Hopefully you won't have the same problem, but if you search this issue here in the community, you'll see it's not unusual. And it's very frustrating.

I have one card last report 08/01/17 and one card last report 09/01/17 and my new card has no reported at all after first payment which was PIF.

Would not mind a $30k CL with a $0 balance reporting.

I have noticed this with Chevron that they don't always report. Do you have a balance or PIF?

IMHO I noticed it more when I had a 0 balance reported.

Hmmm...never thought about that. It's a zero balance. Odd, though, that they've always reported my zero balance before...then stopped reporting completely in August. Frustrating!

I dont think its a zero balance issue. I have balances each month (no interest though).

I am wondering if those whose cap1 aren't reporting live in a hurricane disaster area. We do and mine hasn't reported either. I'm thinking that it is their way of trying to help those affected by the hurricane?

You know, someone else suggested this to me as well. I'm in Houston, which is still operating in Hurricane Harvey recovery mode! :-) You'd think, though, that someone at Cap One would have mentioned this, as I've now called them about the issue three times. I've been told every time that they've reported each month, and it's the credit bureaus who are not updating. If they don't report again next month, I will directly ask if this is the reason. I applaud them for trying to work with people affected by natural disasters, but many of us need their reporting (even those who are rebuilding their homes and not just their credit!).

I am still waiting for CapOne to report my new QS1 account. I live in Vegas. Statement generated on 10/18.

I've had to verify my identiy twice in the last 30 days for some unknown reason. Not sure if this is what could be causing the delay, however, my wife's statement generated on 10/26 and her credit report was already updated on 10/30. Hopefully they update all our reports soon.

New QS1 card hasn't reported yet even with statement and have had for almost 2 months. Plat reported early Oct though after statement. Plat had zero balance and in sock drawer.

According to my reports, the last time Capital One reported my balance to any beaureau was Sept. 5th. Three statements ago.

I'm in Houston and haven't had an update to any of my three cards since the August update right before the storm. Nice they are trying to look out- but I when I went to buy a car last month I hurt me because my balance looked really high from a expensive trip. My balances are since back to under 30%... But the interest rate I got on my car is based on a credit score with out of wack ultization. Grrrrr!!

Well I live in Michigan and haven't been affected by anything, thankfully. My Cap 1 accts have not reported accurately for a couple months either. It is definitely a Cap 1 issue that needs immediate attention.
