Wanted to see what cards where available with only ITIN.
Current cards with only ITIN that I have:

Chevron Visa 6k
Capital One Platinum: 1.2k
Capital One Journey: 300
Capital One BuyPower: 750
Walmart Store Card: 5K
American Eagle Store Card: 3.5k
Chase Freedom: 750
Citi Secured : 2.5k
(US) Bank Secured : 5k

Individual Tax ID Numbers, basically a SSN for non-citizens

So basically any card issued by Synchrony will accept you (like the Walmart store card). From them I have:
- Marvel MasterCard ($5000)
- PayPal Extras MasterCard ($5800)
- Amazon Prime Store Card ($4000)

From regular banks I was able to get the following:

Citi ThankYou Preferred ($2400)
Citi AAdvantage Preferred ($2800)
Capital One QuickSilver ($800) - first card, CL sucks
American Express Bluecash Everyday ($1000) - just got approved for this one after a year of trying

From what I hear Bank of America and Wells Fargo are the other ones that accept ITIN but both of those as well as Citibank need to be done in person at a branch.

CostCo Visa -- which is another CITI card, so I'm guessing any CITI card is possible. You can apply in a US Costco store. My wife did it when she had only an ITIN -- they couldn't complete the app in store and she had to call in to CITI's underwriter a few days later but that went smoothly and she got it with a good limit ($12k).
