I just wanted to say that I have learned so much from everyone here. I have been wandering around the boards since April 2017, and I have gained a lot of knowledge over the course. In June I refinanced my home into a 15 year fixed rate mortgage, and despite some crazy things happening later in the year that were unexpected, I still feel like I am moving upwards.

When I first started here in April, I had 3 credit cards with $15,250 total line with 43 % Utilization. A car loan, Mortgage, personal loan and a couple student loans.

I currently have 5 credit cards with $60,000 total line with 14.6% utilization (due to the unforseen issues last year), the car loan, mortgage, personal loan, and the couple student loans. (the student loan credit pulls seem to just eat at me though lol).

The credit cards will be paid off by June. I am graduating after this semester and will have the student loans paid before next year. I also have a plan laid out to pay off the mortgage by end of 2020, and I plan to sell my house and roll that into a down payment for a much needed larger home. My biggest goal is to really set aside some savings once things start to roll good here after June this year. The one CO I had from years ago (paid) should be falling off here soon as well. I have also worked on my husband's credit and have brung him up from around a 560 to a current 698 score....slowly but surely...

Thank you everyone for their contributions here that have helped me take strides to improving our situation.

I really really hate seeing such a good post full of positive results and appreciation for this site go unanswered...

Grats on all that you've achieved so far and luck on reaching the goals you've described.
