Can't access chase credit journey anymore

I have chase accounts and also was using their credit journey service as another means of watching my reports. The other day it wouldn't let me log in and said if I had chase accounts to access credit journey through that site now. Problem is now I can't find anywhere on the chase site to access credit journey. Anyone else have this issue or find it on the site?

Doesn't work for me either. On my main Chase login at the bottom left is a link to "Check your credit report weekly" or some such thing. Then it tells me I have to re-register. I tried that and it denies me an account.

Me three, I signed up for credit journeys, but it won't accept my password. When I try to retrieve my password it enters a infinite loop of verification questions.

My access to Credit Journey moved. Rather than being a separate login as it was previously, it's now located on the page with my banking and credit card accounts. Look in the left sidebar under your credit cards. I tried to include a screen capture, but the upload button isn't responding.

Good luck I spent lots of time on this matter. Chase says it shows under the "Accounts" tab (then says only if you have cards with them that let it show - SLATE). Called a trouble number and got Trans Union who says they handle Credit Journey for Chase but only for those consumers not customers of Chase who can gain access through the Chase website. Talked with four people over two days and the IT support for Chase and TU. All were very professional and ran the extra mile trying to find what the story was? In the end ... the IT folks looked up the order on Credit Journey and the Chase website which said only Slate gets access on the Chase website. Oops ... something went off track. I surrender. Time for another person to dig in on this matter. My Credit Journey log in only worked the first time I set it up and not after that.

I got that same message when trying to login to Credit Journey. After a week, the link finally appeared on the My Accounts page. It is a link labeled check my credit score and it is working fine for me. I don't have any Chase cards, but have had checking and savings for 8+ years.

I do see it now at the bottom of my accounts list. I have chaecking and a few credit cards but no slate and it still shows up. So a slate card isnt mandatory.

Hi guys.

I have the same issue.

I did see that credit score some time last year. But I cannot see that number now. There is a button underneath my credit acounts, but that button will bring me to ChaseCreditJourney website and ask me to enroll. After I filled the form, it told me I already have a chase account and ask me to login my chase account to get the credit score.......

I had the same issue -- my CCJ login stopped working, told me to go to Chase, Chase told me there was an error.

But in the past 6 weeks, my old CCJ login started working just fine. So try that!

I just got an update today via my account login. Trying to logout from CCJ is an error though.

I have my CCJ login written somewhere, but last time I tried it I got the "Login from your real account" message.

I had that but I always had the journey page saved anyways. So I just continue with that page. It’s just saying if you have a chase card you may be able to find it on your chase card page. It’ll be bottom left of the opening page when you sign in. At least that’s where it is in mine.

This post covers my situation too. Chase and Trans Union spent two days on it. Trans Union told me since I have Chase credit accounts they could not offer me a logging in access (set it up and it worked once then locked out) and that Chase would provide me access on my landing page in the lower left hand corner (it is NOT there). Chase tells me since I don't have a Chase Slate Card I do not have the credit reporting located on the lower left corner of my landing page. Talked with Trans Union IT, Chase IT and Chase Management. All were perplexed and had NO CLUE! Wonderful ... Life in the Big City and the left hand and the right hand don't shake very often ... grrr!!!
