Anyone's Amex update yet on TU in 2018?

I called the Amex Credit Bureau Division today, as my Amex BCE has not updated on TransUnion since December. I did receive regular monthly reporting to EX and EQ in January (no TU) and thought it may be a fluke month, but then a few days ago on the 16th reporting for February happened and again, just EX and EQ got the update. The Amex Credit Bureau Division said it's been a problem with all Amex accounts and that none have updated on TU since December and they've been working with TU to try and resolve the issue. I wasn't sure if this was BS, so I wanted to post on here to see if everyone else hasn't seen their Amex account(s) update in 2018 yet?

The most recent update on TransUnion for my Amex BCE is 1/23/2018 and it reflects the correct balance, according to my TU report.

Mine last updated on TU on Feb 11, on schedule (according to TU standards) and accurate.

My Amex BCP account has not updated for Transunion for about 2-3 months. It still shows a $5,200 balance and I PIF every month. Equifax and Experian are current and accurate.

Interesting, so the first 2 replies in this thread prove that Amex is full of it, as they have had accounts report to TU so far in 2018. The previous poster Tim however seems to be in the exact same boat as me. I suppose this issue therefore is only impacting some people and clearly not everyone. The Amex rep I spoke with today did say they would do a re-reporting today, so I'll watch WalletHub for the next few days and see if my Amex account updates on TU.

Just pulled my annualcreditreport.com reports yesterday. BCP, newly upgraded from BCE in Dec, updated 2/16 and also had updated in Jan.

My Zync was last reported 2/15/2018 and my BCE was last reported 1/28/2018. Though the balance on the BCE hasn't been updated.

It seems like the majority at this point hasn't experienced the issues that I (and Tim) have. I do appreciate all of the data points, as it gives me more ammo when speaking with Amex regarding the reporting issues on my account.

This is likely similar to an issue they had last fall when bonus detais (category rewards) weren't updating. It affected many customers, but not the majority. I think it took them two or three months to fix the problem.

My TU SPG account hasn't been updated since December. However, my Delta Gold Skymiles updated in January (statement just closed 2-22), and my converted Citi HHonors card updated as of 2-11.

BrutalBodyShots, my Amex BCP just updated, (FINALLY) on TransUnion about 15 mins ago, (12:00pm CST). Just wanted to let you know. It had last updated on December 17.

Thanks for the data. Mine just updated a few days ago as well, about 2 days after I called Amex and requested a re-reporting. What's odd though is that the update date was 2/16. Perhaps that's when the update was supposed to happen, but when it actually happened the date of when it was supposed to happen (date EX and EQ updated) was recorded.

My date is also the 16th. No TU reports for Jan or Feb, both should be on myFICO 3B report. I also have months missing in 2017. Everything shows current, but not checked as paid.

So, I should call them to ask them to report? Not just let "current, no past dues" be good enough?

Up to you if you want to request a reporting.

For me, I use Amex as my AZEO card some months and this past month was one of them. Since it didn't report, it didn't report a balance my TU score dropped 12 points. Not a huge deal and I'm not looking to app any time in the near future, but I still like my scores to always be optimized just for S&Gs.
