The Capital One credit score they offer is thru CreditWise and it is same score as Credit Karma. You cannot go by the score that Capital One offers on APP/site. It is a FAKO score and always higher than your REAL Fico.

If you're talking about the credit score tracker on the cap 1 credit cards website, it isnt FICO at all. It's VantageScore 3.0.

Let me rephrase. I have a cap one card and applied for a CLI. On their denial letter, it gives the reasons and then a score. So is this a FICO score and if so, is it a different version than 8 - I’m assuming yes since it is not the same as what I see on credit check total.

Thanks. The data is from Equifax but not what model. My 08 scores have never been as high as what they say so I’ll just assume it’s a proprietary version or some other Fico version. Thx.
