Does any one know how to achieve a high balance on a Diners Club Card, thinking 100 to 500,000. Would this be more of a corporate limit card?

If you mean the BHO Diner's Club MasterCard version, most folks got $10k to $20k starting limits couple of years ago when it was the "flavor of the month" hot card on MyFico. BHO suspended new applications after that internet rush (3+ years ago) I just checked and they are still not accepting new "consumer" applications. I have not heard of anyone getting a CLI on the BHO Diners Club MC - I sure have not.

Diner's Club International is owned by Discover and operates differently outside the USA.

As far as a $100k to $500k starting limit that may be possible for larger companies and road warriors but I suspect there will be a lot of paperwork and documentation up front on any card. Limits of that size by any issuer are truly for the few....

Add: There are cards out there with high "no preset limits" such as the American Express Black Centurion Card. While these cards do have an internal spending cap that is tailored to spending - the requirement(s) for getting the "invite" is pretty difficult
