Will anyone approve with a chargeoff and unpaid collection showing?

I have a paid chase charge off for 3k and an unpaid lowes collection for 19k.

everything else is paid. All cards are at 0. Will anyone look past these flaws amd grant approval for anything (personal loan, lines of credit,credit card)?

Credit approval depends upon many factors, and varies depending upon the criteria of the lendor and the amount of credit being requested.

Factors such as your overall risk assessment, as shown by your FICO score, your current income, etc, also can be substantial factors.

Creditors may also require payment of unpaid delinquent debt in order to avoid being lower on the pole in collecting debt should you default, so they might also require payment of any other unpaid, delinquent debt.

What is your current score, how old is the unpaid collection, can you pay it before applying for new credit, and what is your income?

You *need* current Fico scores.. preferably all three bureaus...

What you saw a long time ago will not help you know...
