The best solution for our OP is to call the customer service line for the myFICO Ultimate product. Explain that you wish to upgrade your credit monitoring package from $30/mo to $40/mo. That will get you your mortgage scores once per month.

Cancel the subscription after you own your home.

I am in the process of getting loan approvals for a home and just noticed that my mortgage scores reporting are from 5/19/18. My score 8's are all in the 700's now but mortgage scores will not update. What's the deal, is there something I need to do?

If you have the 3B membership it will only update every 3 months when your new report becomes available. To get the new scores you will have to purchase a new 3B.

The only way to get all the updated FICO score versions is to get a new 3B report. Annualcreditreport will not give scores.

Score changes that you are alerted to only update your FICO 08 scores.

Yes, you can also order a score via annualcreditreport.com.

It is separate from your free report, and must be paid for, but it should, if you click the order box, provide a score based on the current report.

I upgraded this morning by unfortunately my Experian and Transunion scores didn't change, my Equifax went up only two points. My middle score is 715 but of course I want a higher score for a better rate.

Do you have all revolving accounts reporting $0 except one? If not, you should implement that. The remaining card should be:

(1) A true credit card (not a charge card)

(2) A card in your name (not an AU card)

(3) A card with a small balance ($5-20)

(4) A card with a credit limit of < 34.9k

The mortgage models tend to respond well to this.
