Phone numbers for the Big 3

I don't know if this has been posted anywhere. I do appoligize if I missed it. I am trying to contact customer support for Experian, Eqifax and Transunion to find out how soon after credit information is released to the time it is updatate. My credit card releases its updates on the 24th of each month. I want to see when each of the big 3 updates their reports.

Well, that was a complete waste of time. The standard answer for each was 30 - 90 days. I know my credit card provides the Big 3 information on the 23 of each month. Usually, it takes just a few days for the information to be updated on my scores. I simply want to know how many days - and it's less than a week - after the credit card releases my information to them that they update my score.

Any ideas? It's sad that we know more about their product than they do.
