I called the customer support line and they said the card was returned and so they corrected my address and re-sent it. &nbsp;On my credit report my account is showing closed and it has a note saying card was lost or stolen. This has caused my score to drop.&nbsp;I called them and my account is still open and I tried using it today and it still work.
