Trouble with Experian

I can't login to experian and you can't even get them on the phone for tech support. Has anyone else had a problem logging in and getting an error after password?

There phone system is automated and you can't get anyone to pick up for some reason!

After entering your SS, press #2 for "having general questions", not #1 "about your subscriptions". After that select #1 option twice, you will get to a live person, same direction for canceling CCT over the phone. Yes, CCT is Experian.

Option 2 -> option 1 -> option 1 -> live person

Ok, I just tried a few different support numbers (they have many) and not all lead to the same initial automated system even though they all lead to the same place in the end, use 877.284.7942. and follow the directions above.
