Experian EE INQ...again.

Well, I got tired of waiting for the 25th month for inq exclusions. So, called again and had another inq excluded early from EX report. I did back a few months ago(had 2 then) due to fall off the following mid month. CSR said they normally don’t this. “They exclude(as most know) 25th month.” So glad to she helped me out and see that one go😉 For doing me such a favor I was sure to speak to her supervisor to give her kudos. She was shocked that I requested to do that for her. I guess not many do, idk?

Cleaned up some old stuff, too. Very productive phone call!😁

So you're saying "kudos to supervisor" can be used as leverage/bribe with Experian front line CSRs?

Not real sure, oldman but, definitely worth a shot, IMO😆

Unfortunately, I suggested the kudos afterwards. I was shocked that they did it AGAIN for me...or maybe they do and she just needed to quote “policy?” since the call is recorded, idk?

I might try it next time though beforehand and see if I can get an account removed!! Lol see what response I get then(?)🤣

I'm not following. You were waiting for an inquiry to fall off after what, 2 years? Or, Something else?

Right. The 2 yr mark. Instead of just waiting for it to fall off-per “EX 25th month rule” I was able to get an EE on this one and the other 2 I had were almost a month early(about 3 weeks EE on this one) on the other 2 3-1/2 weeks early(in same month)
