Langley Visa | Flexible Spending Credit Card? Showing up on Equifax as NPSL

Odd, my Langley card that was recently approved with a $15K limit just started to report on Equifax - as a NPSL account. The other CRA's are showing it as a New Credit card with a $15K limit. Anyone else have this happen with Langely?

NPSL as in no limit reported to the bureaus at all?

If there's a limit reported it's used for scoring purposes. I don't have a Langley account but I do have other cards which report slightly differently bureau by bureau.

What's a Langley "Flexible Spending Credit Card"? I've been considering them and all I see is Select low APR, Cashback with rotating 5% categories, Rewards 1% rewards, or Essential for those with marginal credit.
