Agreed. My statement hits on the 17th and the new balance is reported 2-3 days later.

Just took a look, and my Capital One Spark card statement was on January 13. My balance changes hit Experian and TransUnion on January 17 and Equifax on January 20. So in my case, this month it was 4-7 days. I would expect with Cap One that's going to be pretty consistent, give or take a couple of days.

Cap One is very great about their reporting. I unfortuantly do not like how they do business but they are great about being 100% transparent on how they report.
