I agreed to repay the debt monthly to avoid my wages being garnished by signing the consent letter. The account is closed but not in collections. Capital One is using Cooling and Winter to pursue the debt. Now that I'm making payments to Cooling &amp; Winter shouldn't my balance be reflecting the new balance?
