So it actually was not reported twice. The only thing that happened twice is the alerts. The only thing guaranteed is that you got two alerts. The only way to know for sure is to pull the report. I understand that getting a alert repeating is uncommon but it can happen. I am also aware that some places do multiple HP's but Chase is not one of them.
