    <description>&lt;P&gt;In my experience that means you may have a split file.&amp;nbsp; I would suggest calling Transunion.&amp;nbsp; Explain the issue with your credit lock and tell them you suspect you may have a split file.&amp;nbsp; Most likely, the entry level representative will have no idea what you are talking about.&amp;nbsp; If that's the case, ask to speak to a supervisor or to be transfered to someone that deals with split files.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It means you have more than one credit file with the same bureau.&amp;nbsp; A few of my family members have had this issue.&amp;nbsp; My best guess is because they have moved a lot and have many different addresses listed.&amp;nbsp; They've been able to take care of it over the phone, but have had to elevate the call to a supervisor each time.&amp;nbsp; Hope that helps.&amp;nbsp; Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
