Does anyone have this problem with CCT ?

Every time I try to click on my profile to cancel membership , they automatic log me out , no matter how many time I try , it log me out instantly , there is no way I can cancel the free trial online anymore , it will not let me go to membership option ? thanks all.

I have not heard if this, but there's a first time for everything. I'd send them an email to cancel in order to have a time-stamped record, but then also call them to follow up on cancellation and run the issue past them over the phone as well.

yeah, it's acting glitchy. I clicked on initials instead of letting it drop down and finally was able to get to profile. Log out, clear your cookies or go to a different computer and see if that helps.

Seem like I can't 3 fico score for 1 buck anymore lolz , I try everything but can't go to my profile , I love to cancel online it very easy , but if I have to cancel by calling then no way lolz ...

It looks like the $1 trial that you can keep refreshing from Experian's CCT is a done deal.

It seems to have been replaced with a $4.99 30 day trial.

Still a good deal though....

Have you tried Experian.com directly?

I just canceled my trial the other day and it officially ran out today. Got this as soon as I logged in.

Same here, my Experian expired today and this evening when I got home and logged in, I received the same $1 trial again. Hopefully, they don't change it though!!!

Sounds like another false alarm to me.

We've been seeing false alarms of $1 CCT trials going away since 2017. And, they're still here.

Glad to hear that it is hopefully more false alarms. I really appreciate them having this offer and us being able to utilize the loop hole to get updates for our credit scores and reports!!!

I have the paid Experian daily update monitoring and as of 5 months ago or so, I’m not able to do either the 7 day $1 deal or the 30 day $4.99 deal - I’m just redirected to the Experian site and only offered my EX monitoring.

You have to downgrade to basic, let the membership period expire, and then when you get the email that confirms the downgrade you’ll have the $1 option again.

If the website wont let you do the downgrade, grab the app and do it.

@Saeren, thank you and fair enough. I pay $9.99/month for EX monitoring. If I can cancel that to get access to CCT again and get all 3 scores, that’s easily more worthwhile.

I went to the FAQ section, there is a link to change your membership- I downgraded to the free account there. I was not able to do so from my profile.

Yeah you have to downgrade to basic and let that run out unless you want to just switch to the full $19.99 (it’s $19.99 in the app instead of $24.99 on the website) for all three scores for a month.

The fact I couldn’t downgrade to basic immediately and take another trial is one of the reasons I decided not to do the $9.99 a month plan.

That’s the way it always works for me, you just have to log in to the website to get the offer (it never comes up on the app).

I canceled mine and downgraded to the free version about an hour after I was done getting scores and info and it popped up for me even though my week is not over till Friday.
