How many have tried MOV

I was just curious as to how many of you have tried MOV and what kind of results you have gotten?

I haven't yet, but I am confused about the setup of the letter and what to say...

Just use the example in frequently requested threads, that's what I did. With EX, I just quoted their statement, thats on your credit report, that you have the right under section 611 to ask them to supply you with what method they used to investigate your info, and what source they used including, names, addresses, and phone# if available to them. Make sure you include copy of your DL, SS card, and a utility bill with your address on it, send it CMRRR, and they have 15 days after they receive it, to tell you what method they used. Make sure you send those items with the letter, because they will use some kind of bullsh#$ line, that you need to verify your identity, which buys them more time. I'm on to their games that they play. Good Luck, and let me know your results

I have.. works like a charm. IMO, MOV scares the CRA. Makes them know that you are educated and prepared to enforce your legal rights.

Thanks! I found the address on my CR to dispute directly with a company reporting an OPEN account that I DO NOT have, if they don't report accurately I am going to submit the MOV as you suggest.

I did use the abbreviations in my letter to EX, hopefully they'll know I'm on top of the game!

I keep asking the same thing. Could we get a copy of somebody's letter they already sent out? Not dumb just want to see the format like the GW's and PFD's. Thanks
