I had a similar issue: couldn't pull up the site using my normal saved shortcut. But I had gotten an email from them yesterday about an "event," that came with link, so i used that one and had no problem accessing or using the site. Odd, huh?

I'm having the same problem. When I click on the Log-in button, I get a blank screen. It won't let me enter user name and pssword. It's almost like a browser problem. I use Safari on my Macbook but I also tried Google Chrome. I had this problem last night too.

However, I also have the link for Experian and it uses the same login data and shows the same screen and it does allow me to log in and displays all my info.

I did check my browsers to make sure blockups are not blocked.

I have used Safari for years and never had a problem logging in. Very strange.

The sign up is broken. The page just keeps reloading when you try to sign in. Have tried a couple different browsers, incognito mode, and diff computers. Anyone else running into this issue?

edit: working now. Had not been working for the last 48 hours or so.

they have updated the website it's got a brand new UI interface. i don't really like it as much as the old interface and it seems a bit glitchy. the payment history is now green dots instead of boxes and some other little changes like that.
