      <description>i have a "30 days past due" on my credit report in one of my CC if i am able to talk to that creditor, is it possible to delete this record? i just want to have a clean no past due record but i missed on one of my card because i was on vacation and didnt have acces to internet to check for my statemt to know when was the due.I noticed my score has really affected with this factor and some other factors that brought down my score dramaticcally</description>
