Unable To Access Credit.com

Howdy, I need assistance with Credit.com or if someone can provide their customer support information. I used my laptop to access their website and signup. I received a message that my email address was already registered so I clicked on “forgot password”. When it re-directed to the next page to enter my email address so that I could reset my password I received the message “you must enter a valid email address”. So, I’m confused because I entered the email address that it said was already registered, (which is my email address) but how can it not be valid?

Anyone ever experience this? Oh BTW (by the way) I downloaded the app and attempted the same thing and received the same results.

I cannot help you get access to credit.com but I can direct you to Experian.com

Credit.com gives you a summary of your credit report. Not your actual report. (Plus a Vantage 3.0 score) Experian basic plan is free and you get your actual credit report and actual FICO score (the more widely ised score in credit making decisions.

You might also want to add creditkarma. You get your Transunion and Equifax report (the actual reports) but the scores are also Vantage 3.0. CK is usefull for keeping and eye on your reports becasue you get nearly real time alerts if someone cheks your credit and the reports update weekly.

@Morpho I appreciate you responding however I do understand what Credit.com offers as well as Credit Karma. I chose not to mention the reason I wanted access to Credit.com because it’s not relevant to my question (no offense).
