      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Hello myFICO forum this is my first post&amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://ficoforums.myfico.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm 34 years old and sold my house in October walking away with $160k in my pocket. &amp;nbsp;I decided to pay off the handful of debts I have and get a grip on my credit report. I guess I'll be sort of documenting my progress in this thread.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
