I agree with them that things you didn't have a paying agreement on should be left off your credit report ............and also anything else negative

Hi everyone,

I was doing some researching and was wondering if anyone wanted to chime in on the new Credit Bureau laws dealing with the reporting of public records namely tax liens.

It seems as though they agreed to never report them again but then in some research it seems in order for them to get reported they just have to fit the new format which includes specific details. Not sure if thats for public records including tax liens or public records excluding tax liens.

Haven't been able to find the actual documents detailing the exact wording of the credit bureaus 2017 or 2018 agreements.
