TransUnion Unfreeze - CSR Hold Time

Need to unfreeze ASAP.

Trying to refinance. Been on hold for 29 minutes. Anyone able to get through at all today? How long did it take to get a live representative?

Hey there!

Why don't you join the Transunion Trueidentity service online for free and you should be able to freeze and unfreeze your report from there literally within a few seconds. That's what I use and saves the time spent waiting endlessly on the phone.

I wish I had an elephant's memory. I was using the search engine, trying to figure out an easy way to freeze my reports. It so happened that I found your post and had saved it for future use.

Actually @AllZero, you could give us all lessons, I have tried to search various topics before and you seem to have them at your fingertips in a blink of an eye; are we to use the main board search bar or go to a specific topic first for best results?

i was trying to find the meaning and proper implementation strategy for "cranberry sauce" that I see in the GC, to no avail, lol!

I do a lot of reading and researching and kind of recollect where the data might be.

I use both the main board search. Then, refine the search using the sub forums.

b) cracking the cranberry code, I added the sauce, lol, which didn't aid in my search efforts
