One of these did settle for a PFD....however, another is asking for payment in full and threatening legal action if I don't take action by the end of the month. In Nevada (where I am), they are legally allowed to seek 3x the amount in damages for a returned check and I don't want to face this....should I just face the facts and pay this off in full to avoid any potential action?
