How long does it Normally take for Navy federal to post a New CC account?

i was approved for a secured Card on 05/18/20

i received the card 10 days later

my Statement date was 06/07/20

2 or 2 for all 3 of my cards.

My 19yo applied for the MR card, and her first statement cut and reported CRA's in less than 3 weeks. This is odd, but sounds like it does happen on rare occassions.

However, my DW and 23yo applied a few weeks after my 19yo and both of their statements reported to the CRA's the typical 2 months and 2 statements.
