Open ended revolving credit on report? Confused

Hey guys.

my fico says I have 5 open accounts with a total of 8888 of debt.
my actual report when I view it has 4? One of the is a cap 1 card I paid off in full that hasn't reported. Where is the missing account?

also I know this report is garbage. I ran into trouble a year ago and **bleep**ed myself.

Anyway I can post a pic for people to see. Hard for me to explain over a post?
