Anyone else not able to update with TrueCredit?

Since last Saturday, the message I get when trying to update is "Credit Bureau cannot validate info".

It also says subscriber not authorized to make request.

I would assume if I can verify who I am then I am entitled to requesting my info....

This is frustrating to say the least.

No,I was having this problem Saturday but since then even today Ive had no problems....

I've been getting the same message since 7/27 after talking to a csr them gave me another number to call. after speaking with second csr he told me I should cancel then try back in 30 days and he would credit my acct today.

This probably has nothing to do with it but I just noticed on the 27th I also have an Inq from my mortgage lender. I haven't been able to get a updated report since.

Sorry for asking what appears to be a silly question......but how do you update on True Credit?

I have been having problems since 7/28 and apperantly they are doing some "upgrades" and having bugs in the system. I will give them a few days then ask for a refund. They really are the best/cheapest way to look at your CR everyday.

How can I update my credit report from true credit ? i have only one report that never updates.

When viewing your report, on the right side of the screen you will see an option that says "update your report" click on this and you get an advertisement and the you acknowledge that you want to update your report and tadaa!
