    <description>Inquiries aren't derogatory, they merely show that you have been seeking credit. Just because and Inq can lower your score doesn't mean it's derogatory. Maxing out a credit card will likely lower your score too, even if you've never been late does that make it derogatory? No.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Creditors just see an Inq, not if the result was a yay or nay.</description>
