I'm not seeing what you are when I log into my account and access my credit scores. Maybe you can post a screen shot?

When I access both my Fico score and my VS with report from Amex (I think that's the one you're referring to) I never get any disclaimer.

AMEX, on their website offers free FICO Score and Credit Report Access. The FICO score is instantly accessed once pressing the link, however, form the Reposrt, it has you agree to a set of terms and conditions, that say you are giving AMEX to access your credit reports at any time. Can't they already do that without me agreeing to that disclaimer? I'm confused as to the purpose of the disclaimer, and am wondering if there is any possible down side to agreeing and accessing my scores/reports from AMEX or any other credit card company site, that I may be missing.

You have to agree, before you can access the report. After that, you don't have to agree again.
