I had the same thing on my local CU Visa and called my bank. They immediately shut down the card and issued a new one with a different number. I would call your bank's fraud department and discuss it with them. Tell them you believe it is fraud and you want a new card and number. They'll likely agree.

I got a notification of a $0 authorization charge today from a CA based company that provides medical services. I have never done any work with this company. I promptly contacted my credit card issuer and asked if this is a sign of incoming fraud and they just advised I lock my card for 2-3 hours? Is a temporary lock enough or should I get a replacement?
