Fraud Alert Removed & SCORES GO UP!

So, I am pretty new here, and really just started sending out GW letters and PFD and correcting inaccurate information (only addresses and one birthday was messed up)

I haven't started disputing inquiries ( I have a TU 7, EX 7, and EQ 27 ouch) that were not PP, or any weird accounts, I just want to start with the GW and PFD stuff first.

The address stuff changed immediately, and of course there is no score increase from that.

Last week I sent out requests for fraud alert to be taken off of my accounts, today they are off of the true credit reports for both Experian and Equifax, with no other changes on any accounts.

Experian is up 11 points, and Equifax is up 8 points!

So I am skeptical and check and nothing reported since yesterday (I went over every detail of every account on the report I printed yesterday compared to today, accounts, debts, payments, report dates, lates, everything, and nothing even reported differently today except FA removal) so I am 100% sure the increase is from the FA being taken off.

TU still hasn't taken off the alert, and the score is still the same.

Scorewatch hasn't alerted me, I am not sure if there is a setting for FA being removed, but if my fico goes up I should get a note.

Anyway, ths is so exciting for me as it is the first time I have had any changes at all!

Hey how did you get your fraud alert taken off Experian and Equifax? Do you have a phone number?

You must submit a written request that contains identifying information including your

name
address
Social Security number
date of birth
telephone number
Also send copies of two documents verifying your current address, such as current utility bills and your driver’s license

Send your written requests to each of the addresses below. You should consider using certified mail and/or overnight delivery since your request contains sensitive information. (I did not use certified mail, but I did put it directly into the mail box outside of the post office so no one would have access to take the info)

I didn't think it would increase the score, but my account has literally been the same since 7/25 when I signed up, I have no open accounts except my car payment, afd that is brand new and not reporting yet. There are no positive payments, no lates have been removed, no limits have changed (no accounts yet) I got approved for a credit card and nothing is showing except the inquiry since the card isnt here, its not even in my available credit balance.

It has to be the fraud alert.

And today I get an alert on MyFICO that the score is up!

Fico is up from 518 to 526.

Just because of the fraud alert being removed!

My first increase!!! It feels pretty good!

It probably had nothing to do with the removal of the fraud alert and more to do with 30 days passing with ontime payments and baddies aging. Your score usually will increase between 6-10 points every 30 days if everything stays the same.

Something else changed.. a FA has no impact on your scores.

TU and EQ will remove an FA over the phone, EX requires a written request along with the proper identity verification docs requested on their site. They are the only ones that wouldn't remove over the phone for me, after I let TU and EQ know that I had never requested the FA they caved and removed it over the phone and it was gone within a few hours.

I need help!

I have an extended fraud alert on my Equifax file, that I never requested! I sent a letter on 11/5, requesting it to be removed, with copies of ss card and driverse license and they have not done it! I need to speak with a human being...I even tried planet feedback and no luck.....

can anyone help me?
