Please please make me understand!

every now and then i get notices throiugh my fico that a balance or two has gone down on my accounts ( soo generic) and then right below it it will say my score dropped?? No inquiries, no new accounts

but my score dropped 1-5 points everytime.

Trying to speak to anyone seems to be impossible as well.

also, i disputed a trade line that hasnt reported in a while it seems but is in good standing and the reported balance was $3k higher than it actually is. Would that cause a score drop as well??

its always transunion and never the other two.
