How long does it take for a Paid Off Personal Loan to fall off EXPERIAN, or TU, EQ for other people

Hey Fam!! I tried searching this for the Experian part only since I have a WF loan (personal loan) I paid off Last month and expect it to pop off some time this month?! But it stopped reporting/updating on my EX on March?! Now normally it is a month behind so in April it would report for March type of deal, but it's passed the time it should have updated on EX and there is no drop/update/taken off just yet. It has already been noted/updated on my TU and my EQ that it was Satisfied/Paid Off but I'm just curious why those updated I believe it was last month and even though I gave it longer when it was time to fall off this month it's still there?! Probably thinking to deep into it. But any advice!? Do I dispute it that it's not accurate and needs to be updated now that it's paid or leave it be?!

What do you mean "fall off"

Closed accounts stay up to 10 years on your CR, loan isn't going anywhere, other than status being changed to paid

@Remedios Yea sorry I guess I mean how long I should wait for the Update, normally it goes under the Unopened or Closed section on the EX but it hasn't updated at all it hasn't reported my payment for April or updated that it's been Satisfied. So just curious if I should give it an additional month even though I already waited one month after?!

It should have updated by now.

If it doesn't in the next 30 days, you can always dispute status of the account.

I'd give it more time without uncessary complications.

I've had paid off/closed accounts (usually auto loans) take up to 3 months to report the new status. Just last year actually. I remember thinking it was weird but we here at MyFico do tend to zoom in more than the norm. I think you'll be fine.

@805orbust Sorry I should have put the WF for World Finance Not Wells Fargo I can totally see why they look the same. But if it can take up to 3 months I'll wait a bit longer I just found it weird since usually EX is the one to update my things quicker than TU or EQ but the others were super quick this time and I think that is what was the main concern of mine. @Remedios Ok I will give it a bit more time to see Thank you both for the reassurance.

EX has always updated 1st for me also. Lately though, they seem to be a little behind for me, other members here have mentioned that as well.

I'm sure they'll get you updated before to long.

EX reporting has been really strange for me lately. Usually they are the first bureau to update, lately they have been the last. Although it wasn't a loan that I paid off, I made a payment on one of my installment loans in February and the updated balance didn't show up on Experian at all even though it showed up on TU and EQ a few days after the payment. The next update for EX didn't happen until April and that reported the balance at the end of March. If it still hasn't updated after a few months, as suggested above, I would dispute it.

@Anonymous Yes I have another that is still stuck on March while the rest is updating fine .....so it's like it is working fine for somethings!? But not updating on my loans like it normally is ....I'll wait one more month to see. If it doesn't update for either by end of June I'll dispute them both.

@Girlzilla88 I would recommend giving them some time as I was told last week (by an EX Supervisor) that they were still working remotely and were busy training a large number of new employees. My trade account from 3/2021 just updated on yesterday, 5/23/2021.

Good Day Everyone it FINALLY came off today on it's own I didn't have to dispute it but it was from MARCH and didn't update until JUNE 3rd so I would give some loans that are paid off 3 month window
