You may need to retrace the steps. Since the account was closed then reinstated, you may need to figure out the delta of those particular 2 changes, that's where I believe that portion of your balance may have reported. Eventually, it should correct itself at the next reporting cycle. So, IMO, a non-event given you've had the account less than 30 days.

Hello,

My Comenity Caesars Rewards card, on their website, said that my statement balance was 836.00. However, today when the account was added to my CR, the reported balance was 253.00

Has anyone else experinced this and does it fix itself with time?

I know my hands are sort of tied here, which I am ok with. I just want to know if this disrepancy in reporting should fix itself with time? I have learned this is a bank not to poke. I poked them, after being approved, then got a manual review of two applications then they AA me and closed two of my three accounts in a matter of less than two weeks after opening them.
