Chase Credit Journey payment info hilariously wrong

It occurred to me today that every time I look at my Credit Journey information, it seems the number of late payments reported creeps ever higher. It's was around 42 when I signed up and is currently showing 63 late payments. Even in my most irresponsible days, I don't think I could have racked up that many late payments, and I haven't paid anything late in years. I went to check my Experian report and it's showing 11 late payments, a few of which are about to fall off. (Yay!) Confused, I tried to figure out where the 63 was coming from. The only thing on my report that I could find was the time since my last late payment: 63 months. That's the only thing that I can think of that would explain that number AND why the number goes up every month. I actually had a good laugh at this one. Has anyone else had the same thing happen?

Do you still have charge offs that are updating?

@Brian_Earl_Spilner Hmmmm....I may have one charged-off account which I refuse to pay that may still be updating. The other ones all have a zero balance and were paid off circa 2017/2018. If that one is still updating, would that be excluded from the number of late payments count showing on Experian? It looks like I signed up for Credit Journey on May 15th, so I haven't been signed up for it for too long.

Edit: The accounts referenced above are actually collection accounts and not charged-off accounts. Those shouldn't have a recurring late status associated with them, correct?
