How to know if I have credit freeze for sure

I want to apply for a new card but I don't know if I have a security freeze on my account. And it's hard to contact the credit bureaus for me to find out. Can someone help

This check can be accomplished on their respective websites quite easily.

If you don't recall sending correspondence or setting up an online account to place a security freeze then chances are you probably didn't place one. As @Physh1 this can be accomplished on their respective websites, also providing link with direct contact numbers to the bureaus specifically for freezes
