OC (United acceptance) has gone out of business

My car note was paid to United acceptance who eventually charged off and sold my note to a collector. I paid the Collector upon first contact before they ever entered a collection on my reports and none ever appeared (besides the original charge off by "United acceptance").

While looking into early exclusion I have learned the original creditor "United acceptance" has been out of business for over a year.

My question is, if I dispute the charge off, is it likely to be removed since "united acceptance" is in no position to reply to the dispute?

This is on my trans Union and Equifax reports, And the "on report till date" is 4-'23

I think E-Oscar melted a few capacitors, fried a few diodes, and shorted a few transistors..

Sounds like OP filed a dispute and the automated application that tried to resolve it (e-OSCAR) managed to choke on it instead.

This is a factual and honest dispute.... and this verbiage it's my actual response Word for Word.

"Payment history rating data is incorrect, causing an incorrectly reported date of first delinquency, evidenced by mathematical logic. There is an insufficient sequential monthly series of delinquency's."

Are you saying it went up after you disputed on the closed business? Or the amps on the diodes?
