Can someone verify if the site is working properly? I wanted to unlock my file and try some prequals, never seen this happened before.

I called customer service and was told the system was down temporarily for few hours. The representative can unfreeze the report if requested. Lady on the phone was very friendly and attentive, like I'm impressed how fast it got resolved.

I have had nothing but problems with TU, over the last few weeks.

On the phone several times, Escalated to a Supervisor twice,..

they finally admitted to "TU having Technical Problems"

I have resorted to logging in the Free TU site;

ETA: Even the Free log-in is sketchy, but at least on a retry, I can get in.

No issues like I said.

It’s been fixed, it was down for couple of hrs but never has happened before since I started using it a year ago. It’s free and secured, a fast way to use credit lock. I recommend it to anyone.
