Just my car loan. I do something about a student loan being removed as well . But that was from 2012 , how could that cost me 9 points?

Small points moving around can be many things. Its hard to nail down lower point moves. Least it wasnt like 20 or more. I've lost that much when I passed 28% 1 month on a AZEO card. But it bounced back the next month when it went back to 5%. Just an example.
