What is Equifax's phone number?

I ordered my credit report from Equifax via Myfico.com, and I want to ask Equifax who the collector 615yc00000 is. Looking at Equifax's website, it looks like they require you to buy the credit report from THEM before you can talk to someone on the phone. Is that correct? If not, is there a phone number to call to actually talk to a person rather than going through rounds and rounds of electronic messaging?

615yc00000 is likely a medical collection.

CRAs are required to investigate free of charge.

They're playing with a gap in the law when they squirrel with people over the phone. You can fax in disputes, and I've been having good luck with it. You can also dispute in writing. With EQ, you can even dispute online and you don't need a copy of an EQ report.
