You'd want to provide the most recent report possible - so yes, I'd recommend still pulling a new report from ACR. It's easier to simply dismiss a report with even a slightly older date... because 'your credit report changes everyday' blah...

ACR will deliver your report electronically, so it's instant/easy to do.

The fact that the payment history is all clear in one section of the app and not the other leads me to believe the data is faulty - but get your ACR report and confirm.

If it is a glitch, I can slmost guarantee you'll not be the only one to experience it and we'll see more posts pop up.

On Myfico, Equifax is showing whats labeled as a "good payment history" in yellow but lists I've had (2) 30+ day payments. Since I've never been late/missed any payments I immediately went to have this disputed but was told by myfico they just report what equifax gives them and i would have to dispute with them. I have a letter from the two card accounts its claimed its happened on saying Chase Bank didn't report ANY late payments ever and Equifax doesn't physically show anything there when I look up payment history on my credit report pulled through them so all of my disputes have been closed.

How do I get myfico to take the accusation off of my profile? Equifax is saying they haven't reported it like that; Chase Bank is saying they've never reported anything late either. Equifax is the only agency reporting; transunion/experian have no reported late payments

Pull your full report from Annualcreditreport.com to confirm the information- these are the most comprehensive and accurate reports available (aside from hard copy paper versions sent by mail). They are free to pull.

It's possible this is a myFICO glitch displaying erroneous data. They do pull directly from the bureaus but data has been known to get a bit 'mixed up' during the transfer.

If no lates appear on your Annualcreditreport.com report, then you can contact myfico cust service, provide them with a copy, and request they provide a new, free report pull for Equifax which may fix the issue.

Do the scores on myFICO reflect the large drop expected from to late payments, or have they remained unchanged?

Welcome to the forums.

I have already one paper version which Equifax sent at the conclusion of my first dispute case. Is it still a good idea to provide a second one from annualcreditreport.com?

I stopped paying for myfico back in 2016 after closing on a house, as i bought a new vehicle the same day (credit was highest it had ever been and mortgage hadn't hit yet)- I had no need to really pay much attention considering I was working on paying student loans/credit cards off and not needing to purchase anything needing a credit check so i stopped keeping up with things on my credit report.

Recently I have ordered to purchase another car and was curious about the rate I would qualify for with a new auto loan, restarted my myfico service and saw the late payments notated. When I go to the report provided by myfico and scroll down to both Chase Bank cards, the 2 year payment history all shows green. As far as the score history- I recently paid off 2 credit cards worth of debt in the amount of 50k and only saw a 6 point increase with equifax- I expected way more for all three scores but remain more concern about the faulty reporting

Currently sitting at the following:

Equifax- 660

Transunion- 668

Experian- 647

Morning!

Sorry I must have missed the email notification that you had replied.

Long story short (believe it or not) I was a FF/Medic, went to medical school, and ended up living off of credit cards for a couple of years. I just finished paying off 50k worth of CC debt but only saw a few point increase.

I think i found my culprit- back at the beginning of covid I had closed two chase accounts that had balances. (long story) From what myfico customer service told me over the weekend- while its flagging as "2 60+ day payments" there is actually a hover button that says 30 days late, 60 days late OR derogatory indicator.

Turns out Chase is reporting both of my accounts as having a "derogatory indicator" b/c they were closed with a balance.

since their % usage was high- I have scheduled a balance transfer to a card that has a 25k limit with no balance and a decreased APR to hopefully fix the issue.
