Amex not reporting

For the entire time I have had all of my Amex cards, they have always reported within a day or two of statement close. On both my Plat, Gold, and BCP the statements have been closed for 4,7, and 10 days and they have not reported yet for Sept. Has anyone else noticed this?

Last reported was July on all 3. Only TU was Aug. Didnt notice until now. Tx.

Yeah, I just spoke with a CSR and they said reporting has been slow for some reason the last cycle or 2, and if it still has not updated in the next couple of days to give credit services a call, 1-800-874-2717.

Hopefully it updates soon.

My BCP reported like normal on August 16th, but I hadn't realize it didn't update for September.

Always PIF before statement date.

Only TU has updated for me.. I am super annoyed. I need to pull credit and it is taking forever to get two accounts updated on Eq and Ex. I called the Amex credit bureau number and they said their systems went down and they are in the process of fixing it. He couldn't tell me when it would be fixed or when it would update.

Just noticed Delta Amex reported for September, but BCP did not.

Noticed mine didn't report as well....I want it to show a zero balance after a large expenditure a couple of months ago! I have another credit pull purchase coming up and of course this month they decide to have problems....

Hey everybody! Is anyone having issues with Amex not reporting?. Mine hasn't reported since August 8/26.

I usually only use charge card with Amex but decided to use my BCP cause it's had no use in 9-10 months.

My BCP finally reported a few days ago. So it's just behind a couple of weeks (statement cycled the 15th). Nothing like Comenity.

It's funny you should mention this! I have been watching and waiting for all the various apps I use to monitor my cards to report my updated Amex Blue Cash Preferred balance. Usually my BCP reports around the 4th of the month. Just noticed that on today, October 12, it has finally reported for Experian and Equifax on 2 of those apps. So hopefully you will see some updated info soon too!
