Tomo can't verify identity

So I applied for Tomo and reason for denial is they can't verify my identity. I sent in my DL and SS card for reconsideration and they pretty much ignored me.

So what secondary bureau do they look at for this information... So I can unfreeze (if frozen) and correct any mistakes?

I unlocked Clarity, Lexis, Sage, and Innovus. I might have chek system locked ...

Wondering if maybe this is also the reason when I apply for business credit that it comes back as unable to verify (?) But I figured it was maybe unable to verify business vs me. I have a large credit file and same personal information for 13 years now, so I don't know what the issue is...

But yeah, can someone tell me what bureau Tomo looks at? It didn't say on denial letter... Or if anyone has their customer service number please. Trying to get answers through their email isn't getting me any answers.

All I can say is I get your frustration!

US Bank has never approved me for any product other than by presenting myself in person at a US Bank Branch. Not once!!!

They have been great once the product is approved but ___? Go figure.

My credit and all the various resources they access are clear and correct!

So ... what gives?

Pull copies of your reports, starting with your Lexis Nexis consumer report at

https://consumer.risk.lexisnexis.com/consumer

and dispute off discrepancies and errors. You may have information like for example the Social Security number from another individual with the same name, or an identical alias, that has made its way onto a report.
