Vantage Score 3 - Drop 91 points from paying 2 cards?

I know this is for FICO scoring, but I am at a loss on something. I recently paid down/off a bunch of cards. Today creditkarma got the first couple of them. My TU on Vantage 3 dropped 91 points from paying off two $2k cards.

Huh? Why in the world would that drop? I am so confused!

I am waiting to see what my FICO does, but this has me concerned. What am I doing wrong?

I wouldn't worry about the fako scores. What you want are the FICO scores and hopefully they will increase.

Let us know when you get those. Use Credit Karma to keep an eye on your credit reports and not so much your scores. Good Luck.

Dont be "concerned" about Vantage scores. Under "Whats Changed" on CK. What does it say? We call it FAKO for a reason.

Under whats changed it only lists these 2 items. Thats what I was so confused!

However my FICO8 just updated with the same 2 items, and it went up 5 points. "FAKO" indeed.
