In my case these companies DO report to EQ.

Chase credit card

Discover Credit card

Wells Fargo home mortgage

Bank of America Small personal loan

Credit union line of credit from Navy Federal

So they report (I have conformed that with all of them) but never shows up EQ ignores it

Equifax reports pretty close to 1/2 of my credit report from the other 2!!! so of course the score on EQ is not great.

1. Why would that be

2. How can they get away with this? I thought all reporting had to be accurate?

3. Can I force them to report? these idiots dont even have my mortgage on my report!!!!!!!

Your report might be split. It's pretty common. Do a little search here on the topic and give their customer service a call to check on that for you.

If your lenders don't report data to EQ, than there is nothing you can do.

For me EX don't report my mortgage and I tried everything under the sun to find a way for it to be reported. Open disputes with EX, filed complaints with the CFPB, calls/letters to my mortgage company executive office, nothing has worked even thought my manage company reports to all big three CRAs.

That is a lot of accounts. Have you called EQ? There could be incorrect data on your profile that dont match want thoes lenders are repoeting, (ie middle name, suffix, etc).

Legally-speaking, creditors do not have to report anything to any CRA. It's their choice to report as much or as little as they want. If there's no split report or no errors causing the lack of data...you can't force them to report if they decide not to. Data on a credit report does need to be accurate, but lack of details doesn't equate to inaccuracy, just incompleteness.
