Credit Cards that offer Free Fico Score

For those who don't know, your credit cards could offer you free FICO credit scores.

Some traditional banks and credit unions may also offer a free Vantage Score but as you may already heard, lenders don't use that score model to wheig in the final decision. So, I suggest not to focus on those scores.

Here are the most common credit card issuers that offer your FICO in the app or in each statement.

American Express = Experian FICO Score 8

Discover = TransUnion FICO Score 8

Citi = Equifax FICO Bankcards Score 8

In addition, the following credit monitoring tools provide free FICO as well.

myFICO App/Web = Equifax FICO Score 8

Experian App/Web = Experian FICO Score 8

Ally Bank provides free Fico 9 bankcard with monthly updates.

Experian.com offers Free Fico Score

Discover offers Free TU Fico score.

Commerce bank - tu fico bank card 9

Dcu - some eq fico, anyone sure which?

PenFed - fico 9, doesn't say which bureau

Wells cargo - ex fico9

Many cards these days seem to offer this service. Obtain enough cards and you won't have to activate every one of these features, you will simply have enough sources available to you to see the pattern.

I also like credit karma for some added incite. My only dislike is how often they pull data - which seems to be every login, which isn't necessarily bad, but you will see it as visible on your Chexsystem report as well as your credit report. It's not a plus or negative, only a remark. I remember applying for a loan one time, to see that CK showed up about 20-40 times on the printed report. The account standing was great, but most people may not know this. That's how you learn I guess. CK works overtime to pull and update scores.
